What data we collect

• Clicks to stores: which product, which store, the time, and an anonymous fingerprint (hash) of the IP and browser. We do not store the IP in clear form.
• Searches: the search term and the number of results, not linked to a person.
• Browsing: which product and category pages are opened and which products are clicked (and from which section of the page), with an anonymous fingerprint (hash) of the IP address that changes every day, so each visitor counts once per day. We do not use cookies for this and cannot link your visits across days. The data is used only in aggregate, to show popular products and categories and to improve search.
• Contact form: name, email and message, only so we can reply to you.

Why

To run the service, measure which offers are useful, bill stores for clicks where applicable, and prevent abuse. Legal basis: legitimate interest and performance of the contract with the stores.

For how long

Clicks to stores: 13 months. Browsing and search data: 90 days. Contact messages: 24 months.

Who we share it with

Aggregate click statistics with the respective stores. Hosting providers within the EU. We do not sell data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, by email to info@fdn-group.com. You may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
