Terms of use

1. The service

FDN Compare is a price comparison service operated by FDN GROUP IKE. It presents products and prices as declared by partner stores and links to their pages. We do not sell products and are not a party to the sales contract between you and the store.

2. Accuracy of information

Prices, shipping and availability come automatically from the stores and are updated periodically. They may differ from what you see at the store at the time of purchase. The price at the store is always the binding one.

3. Use

The service is free for personal use without sign-up. Automated bulk extraction of data without permission is prohibited.

4. Stores

Store participation is governed by a separate partnership agreement, which includes a licence to use the feed, images and landing pages, as well as explicit consent to pass product data on to Google for Shopping services.

5. Liability

We make every reasonable effort to keep data accurate, but we are not liable for errors originating in store feeds or for your transaction with them.

6. Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of the company’s registered seat have jurisdiction.
